Job Description
THE COMPANY:

THE POSITION:

 

We’re looking for a Web Developer that is responsible for the coding, design, and layout of a website according to a clients’ specifications. As the role takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both graphic design and computer programming is necessary. Once a website has been created, a Web Developer will generally assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the website.

 

Requirements/Skills:

 

1. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

2. Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs.

3. Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.

4. Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process

5. Possesses working knowledge of at least one structured programming language.

6. Able to solve complex problems.

7. A keen eye for aesthetics and details

8. Must be composed and effective even under pressure.

9. Proactive and resourceful with a ‘can-do’ attitude

10. Passion for helping yourself and others grow.

Responsibilities

 

1. Create web models or prototypes that include a physical, interface, logical, or data models.

2. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs that enables the ability to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time.

4. Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.

5. Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.

6. Monitor website traffic

7. Implementing contingency plans or back up files from web sites to local directories for instant recovery in case of problems.

8. Document test plans, testing procedures, or test results to improve the website

9. Recognizes the fundamental differences between the various internet browsers.

10. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.

11. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.

4. Works with content writers to coordinate social media promotion plan, email marketing, and website for each piece of content created.

5. Must create and maintain a database of design assets.

6. Establishing and stay up-to-date design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

7. Learning how to use new software or program.

8. Adept in prioritizing and managing multiple projects to accomplished tasks as needed.

Job Description:

DreamTeam PH is looking for a Finance and Administration Specialist that will provide efficient leadership and assistance to the Company in the finance and administrative operations of the office.

 

The FAS’ goal is to promote and help develop an environment conducive to teamwork and professionalism for the effective delivery of financial, and administrative support services. These tasks often include:

 

• Develop and propose company financial and administrative goals and objectives.

• Oversee, track, and report finance and administration to achieve company financial goals.

• Maintain records for all transactions.

• Manage the day-to-day financial, administrative, and human resource functions of the office.

 

 

Experience is preferred but not required, but you must pass the training and develop the skills necessary because this is the entry-level role for the Finance and Administration Manager position.

1. Compile and manage Office Budget

2. Ensure timely submission of Monthly and Annual Financial Reports.

3. Ensure maintenance of proper books of accounts.

4. Ensure up to date registration of the company for the business permit and in the BIR.

5. Ensure up to date records are maintained including leave, and employee personal records.

6. Ensure proper payroll administration and accounting.

7. Ensure all employee government-mandated benefits are managed.

8. Keep financial records and perform financial procedures (e.g., receipts, payment requests, petty cash).

9. Support the efficient running of the company’s daily operations.

10. Prepare invoices for the clients.

11. Monitor and manage expenses within allotted budgets.

12. Interview, hire, and orient new employees.

13. Manage all events organized by the office.

14. Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the managing director.
