Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Directly responsible for the sales and marketing of Bank’s products, deposit generation and branch supervision and administration
- Must be a college graduate of BS Management, Marketing, and/or Accountancy
- With at least four (4) years Banking experience and at least two (2) years on the same capacity.
- With strong sales background and with experience in branch operations
- Possesses excellent communication, leadership, management and interpersonal skills
- Must be resourceful, persistent, and customer-service oriented
- Must have high sense of integrity, with pleasing personality and willing to learn
- Must be a fast learner, able to work under pressure and willing to work beyond normal working hours
- Must be flexible and service-oriented
- Must be willing to be assigned in any of the branches mentioned above
Service Head / Service Officer (Main Office Branch, Ortigas, Isabela)
Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Responsible for the efficient delivery of the Bank’s products and services through effective management of Branch Operations, Customer Service, staff and resources, and ensure compliance to policies and procedures
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year business-related course
- With at least 8 years of banking experience, specifically in branch operations
- Must be very knowledgeable in branch operations
- Must be customer service-oriented
- Must be computer literate and keen on details
- Must be amenable to work beyond office hours
- Must be willing to be assigned in any of the branches mentioned above
Relief Officer (Metro Manila)
Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Acts as Service Head or Officer-in-Charge in the assigned Branch to ensure continuous and within the standard level of service delivery to maintain premium customer service quality.
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year business-related course
- With at least 8 years supervisory experience in branch operations
- With background in processing over-the-counter transactions (reviews/approves branch transactions up to established limit and within required turnaround time)
- With good customer service orientation
Sales Executive (Isabela, Villamor, Ortigas, San Fernando)
Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Deepens the relationship with existing clients by providing excellent and world-class customer service; manages accounts through cross-selling that would eventually translate to increase business volume
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably BS Management or BS Accountancy
- Preferably with at least 2-5-years of branch banking experience
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a fast learner, able to work under pressure, and willing to work beyond normal working hours

Satellite Sales Desk Officer (Davao)
Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Works within the locality of the designated branches as the bank’s retail arm in selling Global Markets’ products and services to individuals or high-net worth clients and corporations within the geographical coverage of the Satellite Desk
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year Marketing or Business-related course
- With at least 2 years of experience in the field of Banking, Finance, or Sales
- Must have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Must be a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Licensed Fixed Income Salesman, and a Banker’s Association of the Philippines-ADMU Fixed Income & Foreign Exchange Certified Treasury Professional
- Must be able to communicate complex transactions with excellent presentation and problem solving skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in the branch mentioned above
AQM Head – Vismin
Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Performs collection and field activities on assigned Auto Accounts to achieve the desired delinquency and NPL level/ratio of the Bank
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year business-related course
- With at least 3 years of experience in Credit and Collection
- With background in documentation
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be a team player, results-oriented, and resilient
- Must possess in-depth customer handling and leadership abilities
- Must have excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills
Auto Loan Associate (Metro Manila, San Pablo, Calapan, Angeles, Tacloban, Lipa, Cagayan De Oro, Dagupan, Davao, Cebu)
Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Responsible for the pre-screening of loan applications, verification, and validation of information contained in the credit application form through interview and reference checking amidst a challenging and highly competitive industry
- Maintains integrity of the data through thorough checking with reliable information sources
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year business-related course
- Preferably has experience in the banking industry with sales and credit functions
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a good moral character and integrity
- Must be creative, resourceful, driven, and willing to take on challenges
- Must have the potential to make judgment calls
- Must be willing to be assigned in any of the branches mentioned above
Field Credit Investigator
Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Provides factual and quality information to help business units arrive at a sound credit decision
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year business-related course
- Must be street smart and amenable to do field work
- Must know how to drive and has a valid LTO driver’s license
- Preferably male
- Experience in credit investigation is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
