Job Description (Legal Drafter)
-Has adequate knowledge on due process
-Knows how to draft NTEs, NODs & other Inter-office memos
-Has knowledge in labor relations
-Able to conduct admin hearing
-Has a high sense of confidentiality in handling labor issues
-Other related tasks that maybe delegated by HR Legal Manager
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least 1-2 years experience handling labor relations
-Graduate of Political Science or any Human Resource related course
-Excellent written and verbal communication.
-Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of all applicable Philippine laws, rules and regulations.
-High attention to detail and strong negotiation skills
-Ability to prepare complex legal documents
-Must high level skill in performing research
-Experience in case gathering, digest or analysis
-With background in handling labor cases
-Exemplifies customer service skills
-Responsible and result – oriented
-Team player
-Can work under pressure
-Can easily adapt to a fast-paced environment
