Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or BS Psychology
With relevant work experience of not less than one (1) year.
Residing within or nearby Keiko’s premise.
Willing to be trained for at least one (1) week at Aimstaff Head Office
Knowledgeable regarding due process and familiarity to labor laws and policies.
Able to handle work pressure.
With good communication skills. English or Tagalog. Verbal and written.
Knowledgeable to MS Word & Excel.
Knowledgeable in different Manpower Recruitment Activities or Strategies.
With strong personality. Can establish leadership.
Act as Point Person of Aimstaff to deployed personnel at Keiko regarding necessary disciplinary actions, manpower headcounts reports, and employees’ concerns.
Ensure ready pooling of personnel in case deficiencies and manpower request arises.
Consolidate DTR Reports to be submitted to ER and Accounting for Payroll.
Recruitment and Employment Orientation.
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
