HR Associate

7-Star Manpower Services of the Philippines Corporation is currently in need of HR Associate!

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
-Monitor Service Personnel performance in their designated store;
-Ensure all Service Personnel are meeting company standards;
-Provide coaching and if necessary, sanctions on Service Personnel with infractions;
-Coordinates with clients on different concerns that need to be addressed;
-Attend General Meetings with the Service Personnel;
-Provide reports on a weekly basis with regards to monitoring the stores;
-Perform other tasks as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Male or Female;
2, With Bachelor`s degree in Human Resource or Psychology course;
3. With at least 6 months experience in human relations is advantage but not required;
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
5. With background in Manpower Agency is an advantage but not required;
6. Willing to work and report to Sampaloc, Manila
7. Willing to do Field Work;
8. Full vaccination status is advantage;
9. Can Start ASAP
