HR/ADMIN ASSISTANT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
With sense of responsibility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate in a confidential environment
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
Prepares payroll by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.
Prepares and submits attendance of agents and employees;
Prepares daily transmittals and arranges schedule for Head Office and receiving of other departments
Maintain departmental records and prepare reports.
File maintenance
Attending to the concerns of all affiliates
Responsible to do admin works
Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Willing to be assigned in Taguig / Taytay
