WeAssist.io is looking for an experienced and proficient Generalist VA who is versatile to handle business related tasks and help the company grow and set up processes.

Generalist VA will be responsible for administrative tasks, lead generation, social media, and marketing management. The ideal candidate should also be tech savvy, has a background in graphic design, video making/editing and in CRMs.

Job Responsibilities

1.Lead Generation

Generalist VA must have good LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience / lead generation. A Sales Navigator is used to message 50 prospects a month to the target audience.
Book sales calls from interested prospects.

2. Sales Assistant

Business development – match accounts on event list to the client’s existing accounts
Experience in emails, follow ups and familiarity with Zoominfo, Salesforce, Outreach, Office 365, MS Teams and Synthesia.
Build and use case mock ups for better understanding

3. Data / Lead List Scraping

Target businesses that are familiar with Salesforce and will benefit the use of Airkit.
Knowledgeable and experience in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

4. Social media manager/content creator for Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin

Make and run campaigns in Social Media to attract and market the product.

5. Onboarding Clients.

Assists, orients, and monitors the transition and application of the new system.

6. Project Management

Must be organized, view and que priority projects, do email, follow up and invoicing.
Should have amazing experience setting up new processes and be well-versed with project management tools.
Familiar with using and creating automations.

Job Requirements:

Proven work experience as General Virtual Assistant
Experience with Lead Generation, Sales Assistant, Data / Lead Scraping, Social media manager/content creator for Instagram, FB, and Linkedin, Onboarding Clients and Project Management
Must have knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, Synthesia, CRMs, MSOffice 65, Gmail + Google Suite and Calendly (Basic instructions and orientation about the tools will be given as long as Generalist VA is trainable and well versed in Lead Generation, tech savvy, and has a growth mindset)
Experience and familiarity with business start-ups
Organizational skills
Ability to multitask, to work on a number of tasks or assignments at once
Can jump-start initiatives and formulate game plans and processes
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Leadership ability
