Customer Service Representative
-Preferably Filipino (Tagalog) speakers.
-Provide impeccable customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, web, mobile, social).
-Investigate customer’s needs through effective questioning and proactive listening skills.
-Demonstrate product knowledge by using available tools and systems when responding to inquiries.
-Participate in efficient workflow processes daily with the use of operational metrics to gauge performance and timely service.
-Ensure adherence to quality standards with an eye for detail to certify that a high level of accuracy and care are consistently being delivered.
-Identify and map trending issues and efficiently escalate to leadership/management.
-Should be willing to work in rotational shifts
-Should be acquainted with any one of the regional languages of the geographical territory assigned. For eg. Nihongo for Japan or – Tagalog for Philippines
-Experience in iGaming industry – a strong advantage – but not mandatory.
