We are from Knowles Training Institute, we are a Singapore based company and we are currently looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE from the PHILIPPINES.


We are looking for a Customer Service for the next 24 months (Remote Work- Full Time)

The Company is based in Singapore and is called Knowles Training Institute

24-month contract USD$14,400

Workdays: Mon to Fri 8am-6pm


– Able to start date immediately
– 12 GB and Above
– 2 screens
– 40 MPBS and Above

– Must have protocols in place in case of power outage or internet outage.
– Need to upgrade if doesn’t have.

Job description
– Reaach to our leads via phone call, email, or chat
-Answer queries via call, chat or email
-Able to have a conversation with our leads to explain about the company and its service
-Generation of leads via various platforms
-Anything that the company requires you to do
