QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Candidate must possess atleast a Bachelor/College Degree of Human Resource Management, Psychology or graduate of any business-related courses;
Atleast 1-2 years experience specializing Human Resource, experience in facet of HR preliminary compensation and benefits;
Required Skills: Recruitment and Selection Process, Compensation and Benefit Management, Office Administration;
Able to relate and work well with colleagues in a small-team setting;
Must be a fast learner, highly organized and can stand with pressure; and
Must be Detail-oriented.
