Job Title: Real-Time Analyst
The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in business operations or equivalent education and experience.
– 3+ years of experience in workforce management, preferably with a BPO company with over 1,000 employees.
– Must be highly-proficient on computers, Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems). Technical and Software experience required.
– Experience in a fast-paced office environment
