URGENT hiring for Administrative / HR Assistant Position___Fresh Graduates is very welcome to apply!
Primarily responsible for firm-wide HR:
– Recruitment
– Onboarding process
– Performance Evaluation (including best practice methodologies and setting the annual HR timetable).
– Maintain schedule of staff remuneration, bonus, and leave
– Assistant of the CEO
– Process weekly pay run (Friday)
– Needs to have good Excel skills
– Process supplier payments (Friday)
Qualification:
– At least College level
– Experienced in Virtual Assistant jobs
– Good Excel Skills
– Experience in Recruiting and HR jobs
– Good English Communication skills (speaking, comprehension, and writing)
– Knows how to edit Canva / Photoshop
– Willing to work in Kauswagan CDO
Details:

Schedule: 6:00AM – 3PM
