STORE CREW – SEASONAL

Store crew will provide assistance in the operations of the store. They will perform cashiering, reservation and other customer service task. They will ensure to provide excellent customer service and give sweet delightful moments to every customer.

JOB DUTIES

• Provide good quality service to customers.
• Receive and punch orders of customers.
• Do suggestive selling.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining and kitchen area
• Assemble and serve orders to customer.
• Assist customer’s inquiries and concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years in college education.
• 5’4 in height for male.
• 5’0 in height for female.
• With pleasing personality.
• Energetic and Flexible.

ACCOUNTING CLERK (FIXED – TERM)

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department as well can perform accounting and clerical functions.

JOB DUTIES

• Processing of Business Permit, Barangay Clearance, Sanitation Permit, Certificate of Registration (BIR).
• Fixed asset inventory.
• Accounting Analysis.
• Financial Analysis.
• Fund Management.
• Bookkeeping
• Accounts Payable
• Others maybe assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of BS Accountancy of Financial Management
• With experience is an advantage but not required.
• Must be willing to render overtime.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
• With knowledge in Accounting System.
• Can work under pressure.
• Result oriented.

OFFICE CLERK (FIXED TERM)

Administrative and clerical works.

JOB DUTIES

• Proficient in report preparation and analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Familiar in MS Access and Excel Application.
• With background in programming is an advantage.
• With experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to render overtime.
• To work during holidays and weekends.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (M1)

In charge for the overall daily operations of the store by ensuring attainment of sales targets, execution of sales generating plans and programs, strict implementation of standard control and consistent rendering of outstanding customer service.

JOB DUTIES

• Oversee the operations of the store.
• Conduct daily briefing with the store crew.
• Achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales target.
• Manage the schedules of store crews, cash-fund and store equipment.
• Implement store marketing campaigns such as promotion and tie ups.
• Monitor the daily inventory and ensure the availability of stocks.
• Monitor the  product expiration dates and ensure the implementation of FIFO.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing/HRM or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food and Beverage or Restaurant Services.
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be flexible and willing to manage 2-3 kiosk type stores.

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER – PROJECT BASED

The position reports directly to the Logistic Manager II. He is responsible in conducting study pertaining to time and motion, process improvement and product documenting.

JOB DUTIES

• Conduct motion and time study.
• Process simplification and improvement.
• Analyze project, monitoring and process study.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Engineering (Industrial).
• With experience in Logistics operations or Supply chain.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Mandaluyong.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work as a project based.
• With experience is an advantage but not required.
