With TESDA NCII – Scaffolding
With TESDA NCII – Plumbing
With knowledge in using standard hand and power tools
With knowledge in precautions necessary for ensuring a safe work environment for self and coworkers
With physical agility aimed at performing difficult manual labor
Able to develop and maintain effective work relationships with technical teams
With previous experience as a utility worker
